What type of encryption do you use for credit card processing?

Our payment processing company uses 128bit encryption. With our processing company your credit card information is not shared with anyone, including USA Basket Gifts.  When you purchase from USA Basket Gifts you are directed to a secure 128 bit payment processing company.  USA Basket Gifts does not transmit any information any where. Gift Baskets

We guarantee the timely arrival of your gifts in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item for replacement or a prompt refund.

Floral Gifts

We guarantee the timely arrival of your flowers in perfect condition. If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied, simply return the item for replacement. We provide a 7 day freshness guarantee.


Can I ship my basket or flowers anywhere?

Almost anywhere, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via a Secure payment method. It is fast and secure.

Can you substitute an item in the basket?
In the rare instances when demand outstrips supply of a particular item in a gift basket, we will replace that item with one of equal or greater value at no extra charge. All wine vintage dates are subject to change due to availability.


Basket Substitutions
During peak holiday season (Christmas and Valentines Day), gift baskets and flowers sell quickly.  We automatically substitute your item with an item of equal or greater value, to insure your customer, family, friends receives your Greetings. You must email us at the time of your purchase that a substitution is not accepted or your order will be processed accordingly.

If I place a gift basket order, how will my baskets be shipped?
Often times we will ship direct from our suppliers.  This eliminates delivery time and assures product freshness.  All Wine Gift Baskets are shipped directly from our supplier, we do not handle, stock or ship any wine gift baskets. Most of our shipping is done through Federal Express, who is our preferred carrier. Most deliveries arrive within 6 business days shipped via Federal Express. For an additional $10 per package you can have your order delivered in 2 business days. For an additional $20 per package you can have your gift delivered the next business day. Orders must be placed by 11:00 am central standard time to ship that day. Please note, during the Holiday seasons standard delivery may take up to 7-8 working days. Saturday Delivery are only available upon request and at an additional charge.


If I place a floral order, how will my flowers be shipped?
Flowers are packed on ice, in a floral gift box and sent next day delivery. All orders for next day delivery must be received by 11:00 am CST. Orders received after this time will be processed the following day. Delivery schedule is Tuesday through Friday, unless the pickup or delivery date falls on a major holiday. For Tuesday through Friday delivery, orders must be placed before 10:00 am Central Standard Time, the day before you would like your shipment to arrive. However, we do have a selection of products that can be ordered after noon for next day . Saturday Delivery available upon request and additional fee. Please call us if this is requested. 636-465-2239. Sunday and Monday deliveries are not available for our flower products.  Product availability may change due to supply in demand.

All of our flowers are wrapped in decorative cellophane and carefully hand packed on ice in an attractive, floral gift box. A personalized card, floral preservative packets and flower care information are also included.

Most of our flowers are shipped without a vase. Currently we are running a free vase program.


Will someone need to be present to accept my gift? Gift Baskets or Flowers.

We recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package during normal business hours. If no one is present, the package will be left at the door.


Can anyone purchase flowers and gift baskets?
Currently we only accept orders that are to be delivered to the USA. Our product line is limited to ordering Wine Gift Baskets. 


Do you offer shipping insurance?
All gifts are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you!


Can I send a personalized message with my gift baskets and floral gift?
Yes, you can! Remember to include your message in the space provided on the product page or if you are sending just one gift please provide message only and proceed to the checkout. You will be able to provide the recipient's address here. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.



Do you collect sales tax?

State law requires us to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Missouri and California.


How long will the gourmet foods in my gift basket stay fresh?

The items packaged inside stay fresh for 6 to 9 months.


Do you ship chocolate in the summer?
From May - September many of the chocolate items in our gifts are replaced with other gourmet food of equal or greater value. This is done to ensure the freshness of your gift and the integrity of the presentation
